BHS Riding and Road Safety
Training and exams
The BHS Riding and Road safety training and exam is designed to educate those who ride on the roads, and to help improve the safety of not only the rider but also the horse and motorists. Those taking the exam range from BHS career students who are wanting to take the BHS Stage two riding exam, to the one horse owner/leisure rider who are often unaware of the hazards of riding on the road. Whatever your reasons for taking part in our Riding and Road safety training you are sure to learn something new. Horse riding on the roads has become increasingly dangerous in some areas, so here at Cheshire Riding School we aim to deliver a training course that can help to make riding on the roads safer. We have a dedicated BHS Riding and Road safety trainer who has an excellent track record for improving riders safety on the road. The training sessions are set out to improve both theoretical and practical knowledge of riding the roads, and will cover all aspects required for passing the exam. Our team of friendly staff and horses an help to take away the exam stress. All training is to be booked through Cheshire Riding School, exam to be booked directly through the BHS.
