The day will consist of grooming and bathing the ponies – a real favourite of both the children and the ponies! We are not sure who ends up wetter the ponies or the children! The children will also learn how to tack up ready for their ride. This will include how to put the saddle and bridle on, and knowing all the different parts and their uses!

After lunch it will be time to ride! Suzie loves gymkhana games as do our ponies and riders, do the ride will be lots of fun. There will be rosettes and prizes to be won throughout the day and all riders will leave with an Easter egg to enjoy at home.

The day will stop for lunch around 12 O clock, please provide a packed lunch with all your children’s favourites! As the weather can be so changeable please ensure the correct clothing is worn. A change of clothes and a coat is always advisable. We have riding helmets and boots which can be worn for those who haven’t yet got their own.
