Client Competition

BANK HOLIDAY CLIENT COMPETITION Bank holiday Mondays are now the hosts of our client competitions. We have classes to suit all with the main aim of having fun, making friends and encouraging each other.

Our next competition is Monday 29th May which will run throughout the day.

We provide rosettes to all along with feedback on how to improve your dressage marks and help whilst jumping!

We encourage the plaiting and pampering of your horse or pony on the morning of the competition, however this isn’t compulsory!

Classes

We have classes available for all ages and level of rider!

Intro dressage  – is for our riders who are not yet competent in canter or are just having their first go! lead rein clients are welcome!

Prelim dressage – for our riders who can canter. Nothing in these tests is too tricky but lots of areas to pick up marks

Novice dressage – for our clients who are wanting a bit more of a challenge. Riders must be competent in canter.

Mini jumping – for our riders who have just started jumping. You will be guided around a small course of fences with help from Erin with an aim of getting a clear round! Speed not necessary!!

Intermediate jumping – These jumps will be little higher and require a tad more skill.

Maxi jumping – These riders will have the jumps higher and wider and require more jumping experience.

Handy Pony – an obstacle course on horseback! weaving in and out, hanging out the washing along with a spot of fishing are all involved in this class!! Perfect for our little riders.

Advanced bookings are required for ALL classes. We suggest you book early to try and guarantee your favourite horse or pony –  please remember you must have ridden your chosen horse or pony before. Ask at reception for more information or your instructor.
